Your Tasks

• You are right in the thick of our affluent banking segment: With your market knowledge and expertise you contribute significantly to the development and implementation of successful and innovative affluent banking offerings.
• To be concrete: You translate customer needs into thought-out customer journeys, act as a competent point of contact between numerous stakeholders like Retail, IT, Ops or Communication and coordinate cross-functional processes to create a joint offering for the affluent segment.
• Customer surveys, market research & trends – you gather data far and wide, analyse it diligently and form sound (content-)marketing hypotheses to accelerate the growth of our affluent segment.
• Thanks to your analyses you get to know our customers and their needs better and better, track our performance against our competitors, and devise nifty strategies and measures to enhance our product and portfolio development even further.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in retail banking or an adjacent area
• Knowledge of the affluent customer group, banking regulations, investment products and daily banking & payments services as well as customer problems and needs
• Familiar with the client segment, product & service needs and work in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in project management and agile product development, ideally in the capital markets, banking or insurance domains
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data in decision-making
• Responsible, accountable with excellent communication skills targeted towards different audiences
• Proficient in German and English, written and spoken
