Performs end-to-end handling of fraud alerts and signals (e.g., from alert systems, customer notifications or third parties), evaluates alerts and takes preventive measures to minimize the damage and impact of fraud to the organisation and to the customer. Performs various fraud operations tasks. Takes actions that lead to the recovery of funds and accurately captures data of the alert.
