Employer Branding Specialist (replacement contract)

We are looking for a temporary replacement for the position of Employer Branding Specialist in our Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion Centre of Expertise team. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing the employer branding strategy and managing diversity. We expect this person to attract and retain the best talents in the market.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of marketing and recruitment tools and techniques,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Creativity and strategic thinking ability,
- Proficiency in English and Polish at C1 level,
- Experience in promoting and implementing Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging initiatives,
- Knowledge of best practices and trends in Employer Branding and DIB,
- Experience working in an international environment will be an additional advantage.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing the employer branding strategy,
- Collaborating with HR and communication teams to promote the employer brand,
- Organizing and participating in job fairs, conferences, and other industry events,
- Preparing content for the company’s social media and recruitment platforms,
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities,
- Creating promotional materials such as articles, posts, photos, videos, and other multimedia content,
- Conducting online and offline recruitment campaigns,
- Promoting Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging (DIB) initiatives,
- Collaborating with employee groups to implement inclusivity and diversity strategies.
