As an analytics trainee, you will also make a particularly valuable contribution to our agile transformation. Each of our departments works with one or more data experts. On your tour through our departments, you will work closely with colleagues and develop solutions in cross-functional, multidisciplinary and often international teams.

From a nearly endless range of data application areas, we have defined four categories. Dig in. These are the areas in which you can develop and thrive:

• Pricing and risk models: Data, supported by intelligent models, is essential for making decisions in these areas.
• Customer interaction: We want to understand our customers. Only with the support of data can we create personalized offers and enable our customers to stay one step ahead in money matters.
• Processes: Data also tells us how we can optimize our processes for customers, but also for employees.
• Product innovation: In wholesale and retail banking, data is simply the engine of innovation.
