The ServiceNow Platform is the enabler of ING IT Operations to provide a system and practices that serve as a foundation for implementation of many of our IT processes.
The team
You will be part of one of the squads which deliver services to enable all ING engineers globally in their engineering journey which results in secure and reliable software in production. You will be responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle so not only building but also maintaining.

Roles and responsibilities
You will be working in a squad responsible for end-to-end functionality together with the product manager.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with common web and platform technologies (XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS etc )
- Experience with CI/CD and automatic testing (ATF)
- Great analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Results oriented, determined, team-player and having a self-driven and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills (written and speaking skills)
- Foster a collaborative scrum team environment and actively learn from your colleagues

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/GRC/ITOM
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Kafka Messaging
- Experience with monitoring
