To support further Digital Growth we are looking for a Product Lead Crossbuy

As Product Lead you will be responsible for guiding your teams to new heights in the world of Digital Marketing and sales. You will be the driving force in reaching ambitious targets with very talented people.

Your role and responsibilities:

Together with your team you are responsible for all digital sales of insurances, investments and loans products we offer towards private individuals. You’ll be responsible for a sufficient marketing budget to reach our ambitious sales targets.

• You have a very strong vision on Digital and Digital strategy;
• You have a strong vision on Performance Marketing
• You are commercially responsible for the digital growth of insurances, loans and investments;
• You easily translate customer needs to new opportunity areas;
• You own a sufficient marketing budget to reach our ambitions;
• You develop and empower the talented people in your team;

What are we looking for:

You are the go-to person for your team, area and external stakeholders when it comes down to Digital Marketing strategy. You have a strong vision on the developments within Digital and how those will affect our daily work. This ensures that you and your team are always a step ahead and therefore double digit growth doesn’t scare you. You will make sure your teams work on topics that add most value and you’ll play a vital role in our ambition to become digital frontrunner in 2026.

You are driven by commercial results and digital innovation. You see opportunities that others don’t and you are able to execute this ideas together with your team and stakeholders. You are an inspiring leader that actively develops your team and you’ll play an important role in being a magnet for digital talent.

Your Competences:

• You have a masters or bachelor degree with 10 years’ experience in the field of Digital Marketing, ideally in an internation environment;
• You have a strong commercial focus and ambitious targets don’t scare you;
• You have a strong vision on the field of Digital Marketing and how it will develop
• You are an inspiring leader for your team and within your area
• You have an ambitious and pro-active mindset;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both writing and speech
