Customer Journey Expert Insurance Platform

At Tribe Insurance, we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) to join our platform and feature teams. The teams are responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Insurance Platform that supports the sales and service flows, including life cycle management, new feature development, and running experiments, with the goal of achieving an excellent customer experience.
These are interesting times for the Insurance Tribe with developing completely new sales journeys and products, a strong focus on conversion rate optimisation and making sure all sales and service flows are digitally available for our customers.
Your key responsibilities
- You design and enhance end-to-end customer experiences for our insurance products, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- You define and maintain a clear product roadmap, ensuring timeline delivery and alignment with business objectives
- You act as the key translator between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of business needs and technical requirements, and facilitating the alignment on both sides for successful project delivery
- You are responsible for managing the team deliveries. By doing so, you work closely together with developers, designers, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- You simplify problems, solutions and processes and communicate clearly to colleagues and stakeholders
- You ensure that the objectives and progress are aligned and transparent to all. You manage dependencies and mitigate impediments
- You analyze customer and product data to derive insights that support decision-making and improve the performance of insurance products
- You coordinate and conduct testing of our IT deliveries to ensure the high quality of our digital journeys
- You identify, assess, and mitigate potential IT risks related to the development and implementation of insurance products
We are looking for

- You have a bachelor's or university degree and demonstrate relevant and at least 3 years of professional experience in (financial) product management and multidisciplinary complex deliveries, across Business and IT
- You are tech-savvy and have a data-driven mindset
- You are delivery-focused and have a problem-solving attitude
- You have experience in testing flows end-to-end to safeguard the quality
- You are capable of presenting problems, explore solutions, and present them to your team
- You effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and eager to (further) build up knowledge of the Insurance products, IT Landscape and market.
