Are you eager to influence the daily lives of more than one million customers? We currently have a vacancy for a skilled Chapter Lead IT Integrator within ING PSS Tech Netherlands, seeking individuals with a passion, ambition, and enthusiasm for both technology and the banking sector.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- As an IT Chapter Lead you are a senior engineer, and you are seen by colleagues as a go-to person.
- Along with the IT Area Lead and your fellow IT Chapter Leads you set the standards for software development in your area of expertise.
- You have not only a strong drive to keep your own expertise up to speed constantly, but also want to make an active contribution to the development and craftsmanship of the people in your chapter and your field.
- You are an energetic Chapter Lead with expertise in engineering, people management and an affinity for building critical applications.
- You are an engineer, and this will be your role in the squad for 60% of your time. The remaining 40% you spend on building up expertise in your chapter and developing your chapter members.
- You are responsible and take ownership.

In this role you will be part of a squad responsible for delivering business value. All members of the squad are multi-skilled with their primary and secondary responsibilities and corresponding skill set.

- Pega certified (CSA or LSA).
- Minimum 10 years of PEGA experience.
- Hands on experience in design and implement extensible and reusable PEGA solutions for new requirements.
- Technical lead for all PEGA related topics e.g setting up coding practices, performance tuning, reliability, security.
- Knowledge on Pega API implementation.
- Hands-on experience of CI-CD (Continuous Integration – Continuous Deployment).
- Automated testing experience.
- Experience with technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: REST, SOAP, Oracle, SQL, MFA. Strong object-oriented design and implementation experience.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.
- Are experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects
- You embrace change and you are not afraid of frequently changing project direction or stakeholder environment.
- Strong interest and vision in recent trends in software development and technology in general. We see the IT Chapter Leads as senior engineers who carve the path of ING Bank’s transformation.
