Within the Human Resources organization, the role of the Communities of Expertise (CoEs) are to enable the delivery of the People Vision The purpose of the CoE role is to design and improve all benefits for the Netherlands, which is our biggest office with 15.000 employees.
The team
An opportunity has arisen in our Performance & Reward CoE team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The team designs, implements and communicates Compensation, Benefits and Performance projects, guidelines and processes. The role hierarchically reports to the Head of Performance & Reward Netherlands and works closely with our Global Performance & Reward and our People Services team based in the same location.
Roles and responsibilities
Proactively identify continuous improvement initiatives across the Benefits portfolio and lead (change) projects end to end
Detailed understanding of INGs benefits programs with the ability to offer guidance and support to key (senior) stakeholders and members of the P&R Team
Partner with P&R experts and lead to set the strategic vision for benefits to successful implementation of the strategy.
Drafting of Policies and Practices reports/ proposals that are presented to P&R Team HR Leadership Team and Senior Management
This role will require a hands on approach
Strong business acumen (across Business Lines) and stakeholder management skills, partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful benefits management.
Accountable point of contact for all stakeholders, People Services and HRBP’s regarding Benefits (excluding pensions)
How to succeed
You have at least 8 years experience in active Benefits Management, in a matrix organization (pension is out of scope)
Strategy design and planning experience
Undertaken RFPs
Proven skill to work with all levels in the organization and works council experience.
You have expertise with commuting products.
Occupational Health Knowledge and vendor management experience
Budget management.
Market trend awareness
Ability to display a business partnering approach and manage the expectations of each part of the business effectively.
Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience in delivering various business priorities.
An analytical data driven approach with the ability to suggest and generate new insight and ideas
Excellent Excel skills with the ability to build models that drive decision making.
Simplifies the data to facilitate conversations with the audience.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to ensure flexibility when required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and influence people across the business.
