ING is awarded as one of the most family-friendly employers in the Netherlands. This research was done by Intermediair and Ouders van Nu. We are happy with our ranking! Mostly because previous research has already shown that organisations who consider family-friendly employership can count on loyal employees, less absenteeism and breaking through the traditional gender norms.
The corona crisis has made it clear again how difficult it can be to combine work and care for children. Intermediair and Ouders van Nu have therefore investigated how family-friendly the top employers are. ING is in a nice 4th position!
