In our tribe there is a vacancy for a driven Customer Journey Expert in the squad Adobe Hub Holland.   

  

Who are we looking for?  

An energetic CJE with a passion for digital analytics and audience management. You love working at the interface between marketing and tech. In doing so, you have an analytical mind and affinity and experience with mar tech. You are determined and enjoy working with IT and users to further optimize and develop our Adobe Experience Platform. Do you like getting results and do you have a think & do mentality? The team and your work environment  

You will be working in the Digital & Assisted Channels & Customer Interactions NL tribe. Our tribe strives to ensure that ING is always relevant to the customer by making data work for our customer. You will work in the team (squad) Adobe Hub Holland. This team is business owner of the Adobe stack. We currently use Adobe analytics, RT CDP and Edge (and soon Target). Usage is decentralised. Our team ensures the further development of Adobe capabilities in close cooperation with business squads and IT. There is also an ongoing programme within ING to future-proof the mar tech stack, you will be a key contributor in this programme 

  

What will you be doing?

In your role, you will be in close contact with all colleagues who use Adobe tools. You will take their wishes and ideas on board, as well as closely follow the Adobe possibilities and try to translate all developments and wishes into new possibilities in Adobe. You are also an important expert in taking many stakeholders in IT and architecture along in the direction in which we want to further develop the stack.  

  

In summary, you can think of activities such as:  

  • Participating from your expertise and contributing to the improvement of the mar tech stack within the programme  

  • Coordinating with and convincing stakeholders inside and outside the tribe, data-driven and paying attention to opportunities and possible risks  

  • Participating as a consumer in the partnership with Adobe  

  • Defining business requirements for functionalities in Adobe tooling  

  • Realising new functionalities in Adobe tooling in close cooperation with IT  

  • Taking initiatives to optimise the use of Adobe   

  • Maintaining and continuously improving guidelines & training courses  

 

Your skills   

  • Knowledge of all digital analytics and audience management capabilities  

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Search, CRO, on-site personalisation 

  • Able to form a link between Business, Customer Intelligence, architecture, IT, Compliance and Risk  

  • Up to date with the latest developments in Digital Marketing (AI, first-party data, privacy legislation)  

  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with a Customer Data Platform  

  • Able to quickly develop a helicopter view and communicate your vision to the team 

  • Atleast 4 years of experience with stakeholder management   

  • Know how to set the right priorities and are able to make quick and effective decisions  

  • You have completed education at at least college level  

  • You have an affinity with attribution and modelling  

  • You are analytically strong and make decisions based on data and facts  

  • You are communicatively and organisationally strong and have the power of persuasion  

  • You are native Dutch and have a very good command of English, both spoken and written
