The team
COO Risk sits at the heart of the bank's complexity. We translate our complex banking business exposures into impacts on risk-weighted assets and provisions, aligning with constantly changing business demands and regulatory requirements. We engage in end-to-end transformation, including regulatory changes, constructing and maintaining risk applications, and managing daily operational activities. Our vision is to effectively implement necessary transformations and manage our daily processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting on credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, and non-financial risk for our internal and external stakeholders.
Among the key teams under COO Risk is the Ad-Hoc Regulatory & Integrated Reporting Circle, part of the COO Risk Service Organization Tribe. This circle is responsible for the ad-hoc data requests from regulators (ECB) in alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure a timely and qualitative data delivery. The circle is also responsible for automation of integrated risk reports and ESG reports for internal management. Our overarching goal is to establish a more centralized approach to risk reports, streamline processes, and timely delivery towards ECB, which involves close coordination with many domains.
