- Setting up peer group analysis per country.
- Work closely with diverse teams to broaden our data insights available for the 3 segments within Retail Banking, ensuring data informs business decisions.
- Supporting with the continuous enhancement of the executive Quarterly Performance Report which should remain relevant and continue to be the preferred document to track how a country is delivering on all key metrics as defined by the respective business owners.
- Involved in the development of product dashboards and KPIs that empower product teams with key insights and performance metrics.
- Continuously review reporting processes to reduce manual intervention, ensuring a single source of truth to all stakeholders.
