We are looking for an enthusiastic and decisive Chapterlead within TECH NL/Customer & Data to lead our team of 13 IT Integrators and 2 Service Managers.

In this role you combine HR responsibilities with active participation in projects in the field of Fraud, Customer data, KYC & Onboarding and Data management.

  • An energetic person with expertise in Project Management in an Agile environment, people management and affinity with Portfolio management, and with that make a large impact.
  • You are a naturally collaborative person who listens and invests in others to achieve common goals. You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions. Does this sound interesting?
  • Someone with portfolio management experience to help us to strategically manage and coordinate our IT projects and achieve business goals. You analyse project performances, optimize resources and ensure a balanced project portfolio.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Good communication in English (verbal, written & presentation)
  • Passion about technology
  • Analytical skills (understanding complexity and think from the impact point of view)
  • You have a focus on quality and challenge your colleagues to grow
  • You speak up and challenge decisions
  • You have a strong interest and vision in recent trends in IT-integration, project management and technology in general and the ability to transfer this knowledge back to ING
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum or Kanban
