Sourcing Governance ODCR

La risorsa sarà inserito/a nella nuova struttura di Operational Design Control and Resilience all’interno del dipartimento del Chief Operating Officer, e avrà l’obiettivo di supportare, monitorare e reportizzare la realizzazione e il piano dei Sourcing Risk & Control Self Assessment e delle Strategic Service Review, in conformità con le linee guida fornite dal gruppo di coordinamento di casa madre, con cui si interfaccerà regolarmente durante riunioni ricorrenti.

Sarà quindi incaricata di sistematizzare la documentazione e automatizzare la reportistica relativa (KPI, KRI, issue tracking and monitoring).  

Obiettivi:

La risorsa si occuperà di:

• Pianificazione e monitoraggio del piano annuale di Sourcing RCSA e Strategic Service Review
• Aggiornamento e monitoraggio dei registri fornitori Terze Parti e Intragruppo
• Individuazione di operatività ripetitiva e conseguente creazione di automatismi
• Implementazione di tool di gestione dei rischi
• Monitoraggio di Key Risk Indicator e Key Performance Indicator
• Individuazione di azioni correttive per rispettare i treshold
• Gestione escalations
• Attuazione di piani di rimedio

Requisiti richiesti:

• Preferibile laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche: Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica, Economia, Matematica
• Conoscenza pacchetto Office
• Ottima conoscenza Excel e macro e routine VBA
• Gradite competenze di Coding 
• Gradita conoscenza Sharepoint, MS Teams, PowerAutomate 
• Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata
• Capacità analitiche e organizzative
• Curiosità e volontà di apprendere
• Spiccate doti di comunicazione e relazionali
• Intraprendenza e lavoro di squadra

Durata assigment: 9-12 mesi
