The Payment Agent, within the Retail division payments team, will be responsible for managing the various back office operational procedures. In particular, he/she will verify the correct exchange of settlement flows by application family and related monitoring of accounting and management of suspensions; he/she will support at operational, technical and regulatory level the critical issues that reach the area and contribute to its digital transformation. Finally, he/she will interact with the relevant suppliers to monitor outsourced activities, guaranteeing their contractual SLAs.
Main responsibilities:
Managing the settlement of services offered such as domestic payments, SCT, SDD, Checks, etc.
Management and control of daily balances
Operational and procedural controls in order to ensure the correctness of processed transactions
Operational support to Channels such as Call Center, Claims,HUB, etc.
Management and control of suppliers with special focus on transparency
Resolution of operational issues
Support identification and monitoring of potential operational, non-compliance and reputational risks related to the business
Management and supervision of operational incidents
Drafting and maintenance of procedures, manuals, operating instructions
Supervision of KRIs
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (or culture equivalent)
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in outsourcer management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package - particularly Excel
Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English language
