Lending Stageur

ING Bank is looking for a junior Intern to join the Cessione del Quinto Team, within Tribe Lending and Protection. The squad is responsible for the management of the CQS product and the governance of related business processes.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the CQS Squad in the development of reference products/services, monitoring of product positioning, implementation of commercial initiatives aimed at the acquisition of cqs credits, through competitive analysis and monitoring of key KPIs, ensuring the involvement and alignment of all parties involved.
The candidate collaborates with the CQ Product Owner and the main areas of the bank ( Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, DpoO, IT...) 

Main responsibilities:

• Support in project activities (analysis and collection of functional requirements).

• Support in business process management (Processes, procedures, market and business analysis, business case preparation, reporting activities)

• Support in planning and organizing new Originator onboarding activities 

Required qualifications and soft skills:

•  

  Knowledge of/interest in banking

• Educational background in business/management/legal field 

• Proactivity and results orientation

• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of the Office package
