Financial Advisory Solution Expert

The Financial Advisory Solution Expert, working as Customer Journey Expert within the ING's Agile model, will focus on analyzing and anticipating the financial advisors’ needs, refining processes, and leading the implementation of the identified solution.

Your key responsibilities:  

• Participating in complex projects, including cross-countries ones, related to development of investment advisory channels (direct and physical one) involving a plurality of stakeholder, including IT, Sales, Finance and Risks.
• Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Design CRM solutions that align with business objectives and channel requirements.
• Lead the implementation phase with suppliers, ensuring that the solution meets specifications, and it is delivered on time.
• Track the performance of implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices to continually enhance the CRM strategy and distribution models.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively utilize the system.
• Collaborate with the investment advisory team to manage running activities and issues that could arise over time. 

Educational Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance/Economics or related fields.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing of projects related to investment channels distribution.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM solution are a plus.

Experience and required skills:    

• Proven experience in similar roles (+3 years)
• In -depth understanding of financial processes and investment-related activities.
• Strong Knowledge of investment distribution models including current regulatory framework is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate user needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing suppliers during the implementation phase.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Ability to produce clear presentations and documents.
