Customer Strategy Stageur

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del team di Customer Strategy & Campaign Management e si occuperà di supportare il team nella gestione delle attività operative propedeutiche all’implementazione delle campagne di digital marketing della banca sui canali APP e WEB garantendo un time to market coerente con le attività e efficacia della comunicazione.  La risorsa avrà modo di interfacciarsi con gli altri colleghi del team e con i principali stakeholders esterni (brand, customer experience, prodotto). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collabora con il team nella definizione del planning delle campagne secondo le priorità della banca
• Collabora con il team nella definizione e implementazione dei materiali di comunicazione
• Collabora con il team nella scelta dei canali di comunicazione
• Intrattiene rapporti di reciproca collaborazione il team e all’esterno
• Mette in atto tutte le procedure di controllo, previste dai processi interni.
• Contribuisce all’aggiornamento della reportistica di Area sulle attività gestite e sui risultati delle campagne di comunicazione ai clienti

Experience and qualifications:

• Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale o simili.
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Skills:

• La Risorsa ha una spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alle relazioni interpersonali.
• È una persona precisa, curiosa e con un forte orientamento al risultato.
• Deve avere capacità di analisi, competenze nella comunicazione scritta, capacità di Pianificazione delle attività, Problem Solving, Capacità di Organizzazione e Autonomia.
• La risorsa deve avere ha un forte interesse per l’ambito Marketing e CRM.
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di tool di marketing automation e linguaggio HTML
