We have been a proud leader in driving progress for LGBTQI+ workplace equality in the Netherlands since 2004 and were the first company to sign the Declaration of Amsterdam, a commitment to take leadership in creating an inclusive corporate culture where LGBTQI+ employees are valued, can be their whole selves and unlock their full potential. This is part of our DNA and thus a shared responsibility, something we can only do together.
