Therefore we are looking for a Way of Working Coach who can further shape our Integrated Way of Working (iWoW) based on Continuoues Improvements, Operational Management and Agile practices., and our culture within ING HUBs Slovakia, in a responsible, inspiring and consistent way.
Your role as Way of Working Coach
You are passionate for about communication, mentoring, coaching and facilitating group dynamics, in which you further shape our iWoW and culture across our ING HUBs Slovakia.
You have great empathy, stimulate and motivate people in a positive way. You build trust, dare to point out the bottlenecks and help people to get the best out of themselves. You coach on behavior our Leadership team, and together with your iWoW Team, you help to create an autonomous, high performing, and safe-to-speak-up culture across the companysupport people and teams, ensuring a permanent behavioral change. You are convincing in your performance and creative in your solutions. With your effort and integrity, you are a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the business.
Your key responsibilities
- You build and develop High Performing Teams
- You understand the structural and behavioral requirements of teams depending on the nature of their service and maturity level
- You mentor and coach the leaders and their team members to work accordingly to our values, principles and methodology.
- You enable them to facilitate, and run, rituals (reviews, retrospectives, sprintg planning, stand-up meetings).
- You understand team Operational management data and coach team to improve their data based decision making.
- In addition, you coach the management team on Servant Leadership, stimulating a culture of continuous improvement and innovations throughout the organization.
- You are a strong communicator on different levels of skills and seniority, and you can manage different stakeholders from different seniority level (team members of 1st & 2nd line managers)
- You have the passion to coach others and you are a true source of inspiration and motivation
- You encourage team members to provide feedback by enhancing a safe atmosphere while you don’t shy away from giving respectful, constructive feedback as well.
- You take the environment into account and adjust your approach accordingly to the situation
- You are self-steering, proactive, organized and have the ability to determine independently what needs to be done (Project Management)
- You have an intrinsic positive mindset with a natural need to see solutions instead of problems
- You have an attitude to continuously improve the way of working and you stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between colleagues across the HUBs
- You are recognized as a sounding board partner as a result of having created yourselfbringing impact to your stakeholders (leaders and teams) in the business and having strong content plus strategy knowledge
- You have experience with cross border teams, ideally teams who are partly located offshore
Personality requirements and skills
- Master degree.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of industry or functional domain experience
- A personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment.
- Experience in guiding and realizing change.
- Ability to coach and support business professionals.
- Experience in multinational corporations and affinity with Banking is a plus.
- Excellent level of English.
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
