We are looking for you if:

  • You have previous working experience of at least 3 years in learning design creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paced training.
  • You have AML/Financial Crime/Compliance knowledge and relevant experience in Transaction Monitoring (at least 3 years).
  • You have process management skills for the training development lifecycle, from initial design through delivery and implementation.
  • You are passionate, creative and imaginative about learning, storytelling and delivering the best user experience.
  • You have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, easily adaptable to multi-cultural environments.
  • You have can do attitude.
  • You are fluent in English are able to design effective learning in English.
  • You have the ability to translate complex information into simple/understandable learning.
  • You can establish plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines as well as identify the resources needed to achieve goals.

  • A degree in training related field (e.g. teaching adults, instructional design, learning technologies) or any specific training related qualifications/ certificates,

Your responsibilities:

  • Champion TM learning content development and overall course consistency across locations to deliver engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify/determine target audience’s learning needs.
  • Build eLearning/VILT/ILT courses and/or work alongside external vendors as learning content expert for TM.
  • Produce TM courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy.
  • Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other Academy Learning Content Developers/ISD’s to create an impactful learning experience.
  • Evaluate training outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive ING brand values, messaging and philosophy through all training delivery and development activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with Academy team members, SME’s, the trainer community, FCFP management and operational management.
  • Keep abreast of learning/learner trends, developments, best practices and innovations relevant to ING’s AML/FCFP practices.
  • Deliver (virtual) instructor led training if required, e.g. Train the trainer
  • Support development of training programs for FCFP staff.
  • Take care of training related administration and ensure training completion controls.

Information about the role

Functionally you will be part of the Global COO Academy and based in ING Hubs Poland in Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention Learning & Development Area, reporting to the Global FCFP Training Lead.

As a TM Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for content creation for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, VILT, webinars, video, eLearning etc.), and will primarily focus on online/VILT content creation.

You will be responsible for supporting the driving of learning content specifically in the areas of TM Alert Investigation in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line across the globe where ING has TM activities.

You will mainly work with Subject Matter Experts and Team Leads, using a diverse range of formats, and multimedia production platforms to enable TM teams to enhance knowledge and develop skills in the fight against financial crime.

You will execute the global development strategy within defined groups, partnering with colleagues from the COO Academy and FCFP Operations.
