Who We Are?
Trade finance processing team a highly specialised team to Trade Finance back-office activities across multiple countries. The team is currently composed of both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with growing potential.
Who Are We Looking For?
Task-oriented person with strong attention to detail, able to handle large quantities of information and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Background and/or interest in Finance, Economics, or Trade Finance is advantage.
Even though you don’t meet some of the criteria don’t worry to start from a scratch! The team will provide you all the knowledge and guidance needed on your way to success.
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Processing of daily agenda related to documentary credits and derived ad hoc tasks
Examination of trade documents against terms and conditions of the related product type guided by international standards.
Responsibility for the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the accounting entries
interlock and cooperate with other departments, branches, and business units within ING group.
Preparation and distribution of SWIFT messages to all relevant recipients providing consulting if needed
Preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and handling of day-to-day tasks and events
