Mission

As a Sr. Product Manager you will account, articulate and oversee the delivery of a clear CC2.0 platform products and/or services vision and roadmap that can be continuously delivered in an Agile fashion and adds value to ING Bank Romania and its customers.

Your Day to Day

  • Define product and/or service strategy and implementation in ING Romania.
  • Prepare business-cases and use-cases on what type of product and/or service framework is suitable for ING customer and in-depth analysis solution performance.
  • Work closely with business operations to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems.
  • Develop system flow diagrams to automate a business function and identify impacted systems; metrics to depict the cost benefit analysis of the solutions developed.
  • Experience in analyzing with agent to train for the product and/or service.
  • Work closely with the project stakeholders to gather technical requirements, understand issues, and present architectural solutions and guidance.
  • Work with analysts and architecture colleagues to prepare solution architecture definitions and architectural documentation that will be reviewed and approved by peers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the solutions to individual projects and problems align with the overall architectural roadmap.
  • Articulating the product vision and product roadmap.
  • Management of the product and/or service backlog, including prioritization of stories to maximize business value.
  • Determining sprint goals and user story acceptance criteria.
  • Guiding teams through analysis of risks and issues to inform options.
  • Defining product and/or service KPIs and manages cadences of outcome reporting.
  • Ensuring the development team understands the items in the backlog and their business value.
  • Validating that the solution and built functionality meets the vision.
  • Proactively engaging with business and technology teams to identify and evaluate product opportunities and implications.
  • Managing the product backlog, prioritize according to business value and lead agile delivery squads to translate backlog items into customer journeys.
  • Understanding the fundamental technologies driving the competitive landscape and have a vision on how to leverage in-house and licensed technology to accelerate time to market.
  • Developing metrics, systems, and processes continuously to measure the effectiveness of the experiences we're delivering and be able to identify future opportunities.

What you bring to the team

  • Passion: great eye for spotting the improvements we could make for our customers and with a solid understanding of what enables successful product management.
  • Passionate about and knowledgeable of call center platforms and related product and/or service.
  • Software integrations for product and/or service solution, experience with concepts like APIs, SDK.
  • Data Savvy: experience in leveraging data and robust insights to make decisions and recommendations to influence business and product strategy.
  • Working in a dynamic environment: Enjoys working in an innovative and creative environment.
  • Team player and professional attitude: Persistence, resilience and being helpful to others.
  • Stakeholder Management: Candidate must have an excellent and proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial skills: Able to produce and articulate realistic and deliverable product roadmaps that deliver business value.
  • Integrity: Willingness to speak up on difficult issues with own opinions, at the same time be humble and be able to ask for help.
  • Strategic thinking: demonstrate an ability to deliver forward looking product proposals and recommendations to stakeholders based on strong business requirements and product capabilities and new solutions.
