Job Description:
The Data Analyst combines marketing and data management expertise. He / she is responsible for data analysis / research and for translating both internal and external data into valuable insights for other members of the Squad. He / she develops algorithms and analytical models using external and internal data to predict customer needs and relationships with markets, industries and the wider financial landscape.
He / she is responsible to develop analytical methods to build segmentations and to bring data culture through tribes. Take a leading role in implementing a fact-based culture by developing the concept of "analysis" from a simple function to a bank-level competence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide relevant information and reporting of products/customers growth supporting the management team to define business action aiming to reach the Retail objectives
Support other Tribes and channels on the achievement of business performance targets and help the Bank in developing Customer relationship in efficient and profitable way
Provide analysis and useful insights to develop business strategy and customer interactions
As Business Translator data analyst support the bank in interacting with the more technical areas (Tribe Data Management) in order to guide it in an increasingly data-driven perspective
Help to orchestrate the customer commercial strategy by helping to develop a synergistic interaction between the different Tribes and keeping the focus on the customer
Implement analytical models and algorithms to develop commercial strategy and facilitate business growth

Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Business Studies (with strong quantitative profile)
Excellent Knowledge of SAS Base Programming Language
Good knowledge of Windows Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Reporting Tool expertise (e.g: SAS VA, IBM Cognos, Power BI, Qlik Sense) is a plus
English fluency
Work Experience:
5-10 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in banking or in a role related to Planning & Performance, Business Intelligence, Sales or Finance into a corporate Industries is a plus
Working conditions: Full Time
