- Define and document business processes for system development or automation, collaborating with technical leads, architects, and engineers.
- Maintain and manage an up-to-date inventory of project requirements.
- Review technical solutions to validate alignment with business needs and assess impacts on other systems, capturing necessary changes.
- Communicate clearly with Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize delivery of requirements to achieve business goals.
- Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, analysts, and development teams.
- Solve problems effectively, analyse issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Customer Journey Expert or Product Owner to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
- Proactively raise and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Work independently or within established teams with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and time management skills.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear system solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision required.
- Client-focused with proven ability to build strong relationships with Business and IT stakeholders.
