We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Control and Document Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying data points and reviewing documents for compliance with formatting requirements. You will ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date, and that documents meet the established standards and guidelines.

It is crucial that you work with precision since accurately processing customer requests is of great importance. You should be comfortable working with various systems. You are not afraid to give feedback to colleagues, and you understand the value of receiving feedback. Our goal is to improve every day. In the future, there are opportunities to grow to 1st assessor. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams in the Netherlands, providing a dynamic and enriching work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify data points for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review documents for formatting requirements and consistency.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert to handle E2E processes for simple and complex task.
  • You will be the main contact person for escalation handling, managing workflow, and priorities.

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years in-depth related work experience (Retail Banking Operations, Account Opening, Lending, Mortgage) particularly with shared services or BPO experience.
  • Experience with data processing and document management.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and independent work attitude.
  • You can multitask well and easily switch between different systems to process the request accurately and within the set handle time.
  • You ensure SLA are met in the areas of productivity, accuracy etc.
  • Fast learner, self-starter and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to details and first time right!
  • You provide process improvement to gain efficiency and improve the way of working.
  • You react appropriately and to escalate issues following the standard escalation procedure.
  • You are willing to work on mid to night shifts, weekends, PH holidays and render overtime if needed.
  • Willing to work in One Ayala East Tower in Makati City.
