Ready to Pay Expert (temporary)

At ING we are looking for an Expert Member in Cards operational business

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Expert member to join our Operations Ready to Pay Team of Core Banking & Clients Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is the control of the operational processes related to Cards, ATM and Cashback services and give support to Business Tribes to improve these processes.

We are working under Agile methodology and our mission is “Challenging and innovating our processes, anticipating solutions, in order to always offer the best experience to our customers.”

Your key responsibilities:

As an Expert member of Ready to Pay team you will:

Positively contribute to control processes related to Cards, taking care of the daily rejections and customer incidents resolution.

Co-create an excellent work environment together with the rest of the team.

Ensure the customer incidents resolutions are solved within the Service Level Agreement we have for the different types of customer incidents to avoid impact in our customers.

Su función y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando un miembro experto en operaciones talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones listo para pagar de la tribu de Core Banking y Clientes.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es el control de los procesos operativos relacionados con los servicios de Tarjetas, Cajeros Automáticos y Cashback y dar apoyo a las Tribus Empresariales para mejorar estos procesos.

Trabajamos bajo metodología Agile y nuestra misión es "Desafiar e innovar nuestros procesos, anticipando soluciones, para poder ofrecer siempre la mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes".

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como miembro experto del equipo de Ready to Pay, podrá:

Contribuir positivamente al control de los procesos relacionados con las Tarjetas, cuidando los rechazos diarios y la resolución de incidencias de los clientes.

Co-crear un excelente ambiente de trabajo junto con el resto del equipo.

Asegurar que las resoluciones de incidencias de los clientes se resuelvan dentro del Acuerdo de Nivel de Servicio que tenemos para los diferentes tipos de incidencias de los clientes para evitar el impacto en nuestros clientes.
