We are looking for a dedicated and versatile QA Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about ensuring the highest quality in software development and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team, this role could be your next career step.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests, as well as performing manual testing where required. You will play a key role in the UAT and regression testing processes, working closely with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Occasionally, you may also support the development process with your technical skills.

We are looking for you if you:

  • have proven experience in creating and maintaining automated tests, including scripting and execution.
  • have an ability to design and execute manual test scenarios to identify defects and validate functionality.
  • have hands-on experience with UAT and regression testing, including planning and execution.
  • are familiar with modern testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter).
  • have solid understanding of test methodologies and best practices.
  • have a collaborative approach to work, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • have basic understanding of software development, with the ability to occasionally contribute to development tasks.
  • you are fluent in English (min. B2)

You'll get the extra point for:

  • Experience in working with Java-based applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into build processes.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools.
  • Background in banking or financial applications, particularly fraud detection platforms.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB or similar.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases for various components of the system.
  • Conduct manual testing where necessary, ensuring proper documentation of test results.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
  • Actively contribute to the planning and execution of UAT and regression testing.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine test requirements and scenarios.
  • Occasionally support development tasks and provide technical input as needed.
