We are looking for you, if you:

  • have experience with Product management,
  • understand concepts related to software engineering and IT Processes (ITIL),
  • have been working in complex team setups,
  • know how to act under priority changes and unexpected situations in a team,
  • can adapt way of working to rapidly changing requirements,
  • have ability to identify problems, analyzing key information and making connections, in order to find appropriate solution.

 

English level - C1

 

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience in SAS Viya products,
  • knowledge about Risk Modeling and,
  • project Management experience,
  • experience with Azure DevOps,
  • experience with Public Cloud.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • manage risk on the services you provide,
  • manage the delivery roadmap of the service,
  • take ownership of the product backlog by creating user stories and features with business value identified on each item ( Scrum),
  • keep the stakeholders informed on the Product Roadmap and the progress of the feature delivery and upcoming releases,
  • manage the implementation roadmap of the (Credit) Risk Models,
  • participate in Platform audits and other security processes,
  • stakeholder management,
  • coordination of delivery with other squads.

Information about the squad:

You will work with Modeling Tribe responsible for the entire set of management processes for the implementation of the model cycle that enable the bank to implement policies and practices based on them.

They cover all the techniques and management tools needed to implement all phases of the model cycle on the intended platforms. The management and practices we use have a common goal: efficient and effective implementation of any model the bank uses in its daily operations.

The Modelling Tribe ensures the development, implementation, monitoring and validation of models on the platforms provided for it considering what would be the best platform to implement models from the perspective of their usage, interaction with other models, data lakes and all of these with minimization of the costs for the bank and maximization of the benefits.

You will be responsible for an integrated platform, designed to facilitate management and streamline processes associated with managing the Model Life Cycle (MLC). These processes encompass all stages in the MLC: creation, testing, implementation, validation, monitoring, and updating of models related to credit risk. The creation of this platform aims at: 

  • Standardizing the processes of introduction, development, monitoring and validation of models,
  • Increasing the operational efficiency of the bank by facilitating the modeling process,
  • Enabling faster response to change market conditions,
  • Effectively managing the model portfolio,
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and requirement.

You will work with an international squad composed of dev-ops, sec-ops and SAS experts.
