Our Analysis and Repair team is looking for an enthusiastic specialist who will be analyzing the NL/BE interest, billing and pricing set up for ING´s Wholesale banking clients in order to provide the best client experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct setup of the pricing and billing conditions of our WB clients
  • Providing support on direct verification after implementation of new agreements and deals signed by client
  • Performing various types of analysis and checks, related to banking products and setup of NL/BE accounts
  • Deep dive into knowledge of banking products and operational processes
  • Align process activities with other teams/departments, ensuring the delivery of a coherent and comprehensive service
    • Maintain contact with internal colleagues and related departments, keep them informed about the progress of their request
    • Active participation on communication related to prioritization, responsibility splitting, etc.
    • You will have a chance to suggest and propose process improvements or elimination of manual process steps
    • Close collaboration with other team members and their support in the area of knowledge sharing and standard process procedures
    • Facilitation of rituals that are part of the team’s way of working

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills – fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong skill set in the areas of personal effectiveness (i.e. adaptability, flexibility, independence, courage and self-confidence, accuracy, attention to detail), problem analysis & judgment, customer focus and investigative & learning ability
    • You have at least 2 years of experience in corporate environment
    • Experience with stakeholder management
    • Experience with billing and pricing area is an advantage
    • Experience in back office administration, master data processing
    • You are flexible, accurate, result-oriented and a team player with a positive drive and you go for the joint result.
    • You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment. You are willing to learn every day in a continuous moving global environment with high expectations of service.
    • Experience with Commercial Banking products (Payments and Cash Management, Lending, Trade Finance, Financial Markets) is an advantage.

Wage (gross)
2 090 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
