ING Bank covers Wholesale and Retail Banking in Asia Pacific. Our Wholesale Banking business is present and active in 11 major economies in the Asia Pacific, namely China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Setup country Manager's travel arrangements.
  • Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for visitors and maintain visitor log
  • Organising and maintaining Country Manager’s calendar and making appointments, meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare and maintain Country Manager's expense reports.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling in appropriate manner.
  • Provide a complete secretarial service and support to the Country Manager which include, office organization, follow up on action points ...etc.
  • Utilize current equipment to create and replicate documents of varying complexity including business correspondence, memos and letters that have been dictated or submitted in rough draft form.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Coordinate & follow up the action on all decisions effecting its activities and follow up working issues with other departments / offices / staffs including replying all inquires and providing the necessary information.
  • Carry out miscellaneous administrative duties.
  • Club memberships and company car management
  • Responsible for G&E, Anti-bribery Corruption reporting.
  • Responsible for annual Taipei branch control framework review.
  • Ad-hoc assignment from Country Manager (including but not limited to administrative support to FO function)
  • Back up Office Premises & Facility function.

  • At least 5 years of relevant secretary/assistant experience in a foreign fianancial industry
