Mutual Fund Specialist

Job description.

The resource will be placed within the Investments Operations Team and will be responsible for the end to end management of buy and sell transactions arranged by clients on Mutual Funds products offered by ING Bank and post-sale activities.

He/she will actively support product and process change activities, contributing to the definition of requirements both in terms of efficiency and digitization.

He/she will also actively contribute to processes pertaining to investment insurance products

Key Responsibilities.

• To ensure proper execution of product buying and selling transactions

• To handle customer inquiries, interfacing with both sales channels and internal offices

• To manage product and account reconciliations

• To manage activities related to flows and processes related to regulatory requirements (Mifid-IVASS-IDD)

• To managethe creation of operational procedures

• To support Technical and Business Departments in the analysis of anomalies related to production flows.

• To actively participate in projects in collaboration with the line of Business

• To manage the engagements received by the Complaints department, according to the agreed timelines and supports the same in the necessary investigations also in order to improve operational processes

• To implement all control procedures, provided by internal processes, on the documentation managed

• To manage and collaborates with areas of the bank in order to efficiently resolve issues on the customer

• He/she is an active participant in contributing to process improvement with a view to customer experience, cost savings and risk containment.

• Liaises with the business, defining initiatives and action plans for improvement of both day-to-day activities and initiatives that may result in operational/organizational changes.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business preferred. Prior experience in Finance preferred. Accuracy Results orientation Problem solving Excellent knowledge of the English language
