ING Luxembourg is looking for a Tribe Lead KYC (Lead KYC Process Design II) who will Lead the team, set the standards for the chapter area and takes responsibility for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of expertise. This role will report to the KYC Lead Luxembourg.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will lead a team in developing, implementing and operating features, tools and systems to ensure the availability, maintenance and functioning of KYC related IT solutions and platforms to support KYC Operations and Business.
  • You ensure proper design, implementation, and robust and effectively aligned architecture solutions that operate in the business ecosystem
  • You explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization in close alignment with the KYC Center of Expertise, Financial Crime Compliance, and Global Financial Crime and Fraud Preventions.
  • You safeguard subject matter expertise in the area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team and the KYC organization as a whole. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging technologies, external regulation, and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • You motivate and support the growth of all members of a mid-sized team using equitable approaches to performance management and development that may be differentiated to support each employee's unique needs and preferences in order to bring out their best and to meet business needs.
