Backend Engineer

We are looking for backend engineers who has experience working in an agile environment and understands the importance of DevOps mindset in delivering applications. You should be able to adapt to standards, technologies, and approach in producing mission-critical solutions. As a problem-solver, you are expected to work within a multi-disciplinary team and IT organizations across various ING entities - thus communicating your ideas plays a key role on your day-to-day job.

Requirements:

·         Competent level of knowledge with the following:

·         Java 8 and/or 11

·         Spring Boot, Spring Batch, etc.

·         RESTful API development

·         SQL and ORM technologies such as Hibernate

Experience working on the following:

·         CI/CD Pipelines

·         Production support

·         Test automation

·         Security

Willing to learn and understand:

·         Scala

·         Cloud-based technologies

·         IT risk

·         Microservice Architecture
