We are searching for a new colleague to extend our IT Security Expertise team of seven IT Security Engineers in ING Hubs Slovakia. How will you contribute to the ING success?

• We help our clients to trust in the ING’s security by doing our best to avoid security incidents while promptly and effectively responding to those which pass through all our protection layers.

Main activities of the role will consist of a subset from the below list per agreement within the team:

• support of Secure Software Development Lifecycle,
• support of appropriate security of application, server systems, networks, data and end user devices,
• risk analysis and assessment,
• interpretation of security requirements and driving and support of their implementation,
• security controls compliance testing in applications, middleware and server systems,
• data analysis and reporting,
• support of third party service provider contracts compliance with internal information and IT security requirements,
• vulnerability management and timely security patching support and tracking,
• security alerts and incidents management,
• support and implementation of security controls automation,
• security controls and services design participation,
• creation and maintenance of procedures,
• collection, maintenance and sharing of threat intelligence,
• active contribution to and taking part in all Agile rituals and ceremonies that are part of the team’s way of working,
• proactive contribution to ideas and suggestions for process improvements within the team,
• assistance with training of new team members.

Participation in information and IT security awareness improvement within the team, in IT Squads as well as among other employees.

Personality requirements and skills

Information Technologies

• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, DB, NW infrastructure management

IT security

• External certificates in IT or IT Security are an advantage - CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, etc.
• IT security good practices and terminology understanding - basic understanding is expected

Additional personality and skills preferences

• Good communication skills, ability to lead meeting if required experienced with enterprise-level IT processes and controls;
• Having experience in Excel or PowerBI for various reporting;
• Able to work in a multicultural environment;
• Fluent in English
• Can-do attitude

Wage (gross)

2720 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
