Key Responsibilities:

  • Assignment Management: Oversee and manage STA and LTA processes, with a primary focus on the APAC and EMEA regions. Experience in managing local and permanent transfers is advantageous.
  • System Expertise: Utilize Assignment Pro and Workday for effective assignment management. Experience as an architect in Assignment Pro is preferred. Leverage ServiceNow for ticketing and issue resolution.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with mobility vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and service standards.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Apply strong data analytic skills to generate insights and reports using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Policy and Process Execution: Provide policy orientation and counseling, ensuring effective process execution and compliance.
  • Project Implementation: Lead and support global project implementations, including developing guidelines, managing process transitions, overseeing systems implementation, and ensuring quality assurance and data fluency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support mobility initiatives and resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct process mapping and business process reengineering to optimize mobility processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of international mobility experience, particularly with STA and LTA management in APAC and EMEA regions. Experience with NA is a plus.
  • Systems Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of user experience with Assignment Pro and Workday. Experience as an architect in Assignment Pro is an advantage.
  • Ticketing Tools: Minimum 3 years of experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and issue management.
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing mobility vendors and service providers.
  • Data Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Policy and Process: Experience in policy orientation, counselling, and executing mobility processes.
  • Project Management: Operational experience in global project implementation, including guidelines development, process transitions, and systems implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effective management of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
