If you want to be the “Human Resources Director – Business Partnership” responsible for providing leadership guidance and talent cycle managing for Headquarters and Subsidiaries accounts;
If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering and/or other relevant areas (Master’s degree would be a plus)
- +15 years of experience in HR business partnership role or in generalist HR roles, with +5 years of people management experience
- Expertise on key HR disciplines (organizational development, performance management, coaching/mentoring, compensation & benefits, learning & development, labor law, etc.),
- Strong analytical, problem solving, written & oral communication skills along with business acumen and relationship management
- High level of English and Turkish proficiency
- Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) programs
- Excellent team-player with advanced presentation and verbal/written communication and consulting skills, and result-oriented attitude
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilites;
- Act as an “employee champion” and “change agent” to deliver value-added services and actions, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Manage talent cycle from onboarding to talent assessment, development, engagement for the related accounts
- Provide day-to-day performance management and leadership guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Identify and resolve critical issues, develop integrated solutions, applying necessary HR strategies
- Work in close collaboration with other HR teams, such as learning & development, HR analytics, compensation & benefits, employee experience with “One HR” approach and respond to business lines accordingly
- Lead career discussions with managerial level, supporting their personal development as well as recognizing the talent fit and gaps in the organization,
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures and succession planning
- Ensure compliance and integration with global systems, processes and projects in respect of diversity, talent, and organizational development; and to ensure international communication and coordination
- Lead, coach and guide HRBP team with appropriate strategies and leadership skills
