Your responsibilities:

  • You will work in close collaboration in a team of +-25 colleagues within the COO Academy such as content developers, learning consultants, training coordinator etc.
  • You will manage projects catering for  the end-to-end process of learning design, development, and implementation. to ensure the quality and success rate of our learnings, including timeliness and within budget.  The learning governance and learning processes are leading in the way we design and implement our trainings. The annual learning plan of the COO Academy will be leading in setting your priorities
  • Together with the Academy team members you do everything within your power to ensure the quality and success rate of our learnings, including timeliness and within budget.  
  • You collaborate with stakeholders from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds, as well as with market leading vendors

Information about the squad:

The role is located within Global COO Academy.  It is our purpose to increase the knowledge level throughout the organization and to consistently deliver the best possible KYC learning experience for our employees. We want to adequately equip our KYC staff with the right skills and knowledge in our fight against financial crime so we can keep the bank safe. For that purpose, we are setting up and rolling out a global, educational program targeting over 10.000 employees across 20+ countries with professional courses for specific expertise and experience. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “KYC Process Design & Control ”

We offer replacement employment contract for approximately one year.
