We are looking for you if:

  • You have tangible knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models & innovative learning solutions.
  • You have good AML/Financial Crime/Compliance knowledge.
  • You have project management skills.
  • You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are a great team player and capable networker in complex international environment.
  • You are fluent in English.

Your responsibilities:

  • contribute to the development of FCFP (Financial Crim & Fraud Prevention) staff by setting up and maintaining learning curriculums linked to the career paths of the various job families within FCFP,
  • assess learning needs and drive content creation for multiple learning modalities as defined in the yearly learning plans,
  • drive and develop learning content such as instructor led learning solutions, VILT, webinars, video’s, podcasts, E-learnings
  • manage cross functional projects for FCFP within the COO Academy around learning and development of (future smart) skills, e.g., projects like setting up learning programmes for the building of new teams or migrations to other locations, setting up requirements for learning dashboards etc
  • work with (global) stakeholders in various domains within 1st, 2nd or 3rd line of defence, ranging from Front Office to Operations to Global Expert teams.
