ING Bank covers Wholesale and Retail Banking in Asia Pacific. Our Wholesale Banking business is present and active in 11 major economies in the Asia Pacific, namely Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Overview
Corporates Sales person is responsible for sales in foreign exchange and OTC derivative products with toward eligible Corporates Clients within approved limits in an effort to provide the leading edge solutions and/or flawless execution on the back of well-developed client relationship and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
As a Corporate Sales, your tasks and responsibilities will principally be:
Excellent maintenance of business relationships with corporate clients to pursue the business opportunities from existing clients, and to expand new client base.
Facilitation of the demand of clients on the structured products especially linked to derivatives with a contribution to structuring ideas.
Daily deal execution based on the ‘FM sales practice manual’
Complying with Compliance rules to achieve high level of work ethic and professionalism
Person Specifications
To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:
Demonstrated and prove record 2~5+ years of sales experience with Korean corporates clients
Strong ability to manage client relationship, preferably with existing corporates client base with working experience;
Intensive knowledge on Financial Markets Products focusing on Foreign exchange, Cross currency swap, interest rate swap and commodity;
High level of market sense to see the trends/flows in the Financial Markets;
High level of self-motivation and result-oriented approach;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in working with/for local and global clients;
Positive attitude with self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative ; adaptive to ING culture, good team player and willingness to share knowledge and learn from others;
Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written.
