We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and experienced Finance Transformation Lead that can drive the change portfolio, orchestrate the delivery of complex change to ensure strategic alignment and executional certainty and ensure adherence to transformation methodologies to deliver transformational change for the business.
As our Finance Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the transformation agenda of Finance to drive optimal performance and achieve desired results.
As financial management is crucial for our company's performance, you will play a big role in company's growth and success.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer of ING Hubs PH, the Finance Transformation Lead is responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Lead the detailed design, and manage the delivery of, projects within Finance, ensuring integration with related projects and use structured change management methodologies to drive acceptance of change and to embed desired culture and behaviors ensuring integration with the global functional lines and across the hubs.
- Manage a significant portion of the organization's financial management and/or control processes; budget plans, reviews that could involve development or delivery (or both).
- Evaluate the capabilities of the Finance staff to identify gaps and prioritize development activities. Accelerate upskilling, coach, and mentor others to support the development of the organization's talent pool and build an effective succession pipeline.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement by enabling synergies across Finance teams, finding out their needs/issues/concern and responding by improving ways of working to promote understanding and commitment.
- Accelerate process improvements to reduce the risk of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to drive changes and resolve issues to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate the delivery of the integrated roadmap and escalate concerns or issues to management.
Education/Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Finance Lead to multiple finance roles/capacities
- At least 10 years of combined experience in accounting and finance
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
