Mission

In the Change & Governance Team within Finance Department, we created a dedicated squad for Finance Data Management. This squad is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and managing all changes related to finance from data management point of view. Defining the Data Governance for Finance teams, data definitions and data lineage, data quality rules, data mappings when the case – are the main objectives of this team beside strategic and regulatory projects where are part from data flows point of view

Your Day to Day

  • Design, document and implement finance data flows End-to-End.
  • Manage all changes related to Finance data management: analysis and implementation all the changes from Data flows point of view (including preparing CR or other change documentation)
  • Responsible for driving the data management strategy, i.e. governance, definitions, policies & processes, quality, organizational structure, architecture, privacy, security and sustained awareness.
  • Define all Finance Data definitions, data lineage and maintain the updates.
  • Define and implement data management controls for Finance data management according with specific control standards (Finance and Data Management);
  • Implement Data Quality (“DQ”) rules, monitoring controls & DQ issues and defining new rules and controls for the existing or new applications.
  • Support Finance data Owners and Stewarts in case of investigations or incidents related to data.
  • Prepare dashboards and periodically reports in this respect for Finance Management Team, Head Office or local Data Council.

What you bring to the team

  • Graduate degree in economics, business, computer science.
  • Knowledge of financial data, data flows and data quality methodologies.
  • Relevant experience in banking industry or within IT solutions providers for the banking industry’’.
  • Good understanding of general banking environment and products, services’’
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, and Power Point). Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, or other tools would be a plus.
  • Analytical skills
  • Data management experience and expertise.
  • Data gathering and data processing.
