Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Workplace Engineer to join our End User & Collaboration team, Team of Cloud & Tech Tribe

This team is  responsible for providing the best end user experience. You will be responsible to provide a great and secure Workplace environment, helping the organization to improve the end user productivity.

Collaboration is key, both with other departments, Agile/scrum is the way of working, you continuously improve, learn and stimulate each other’s professional development.

By combining our strengths across different departments, you bring the most added value for the bank.

Your key responsibilities:

You are an ambassador for End user & Collaboration area within the organization. This role requires emphasis on the following:

You have excellent problem-solving skills and are passionate about Modern Workplace

You are capable of implementing one way of working regarding the implementation the future Modern Workplace.

You have a good feel on how everything works in the current and future Bank organization and you understand the underlying spheres of influence.

You are focused on collaboration

Independent thinker with functional and technical ability to execute follow up and advise where necessary on identified gaps.

Keep our environments safe & secure following internal & regulatory rules.

Teamwork player accustomed to communicate, co-working and establishing healthy relationships with diverse stakeholders (inside and outside the country).

Idler mindset focused on automation (thinking out-of-the-box how to avoid manual and repetitive tasks)

Resilient to work under pressure as well as working in high pace environment.

Able to deal with the ambiguity of delivering fast and on-time as well as deliverables are audit ready and regulatory accomplished.

You have deep knowledge in Workplace environments (Windows 10,11 ,MacOs, O365, Intune, MDM, SCCM, MS Teams, Azure, AD & Sharepoint).

Deep scripting knowledge (Powershell )

You are able to design, implement & support a bunch of different internal applications.

Able to Manage Audio Visual Systems

Able To manage MPS (Managed print Services)

Able to lead technical projects with different stakeholders.

Able to operate at an advanced level of written and spoken communication.

Knowledge about security software (Antivirus, Checker, ObserveIT, etc).

Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Azure Monitor).

Fluent in Spanish & English.

Has experience in planning and managing Life Cycle of applications in production.
