A Data Control & Data Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for:
- Managing technologies and executing processes related to data control and data reconciliation
- Solving platform and tooling issues
- Ensuring that ingested and consumed data over multiple data lakes are stable and can consistently deliver performance in accordance to defined, agreed, and managed operational agreements
- Ensuring process control standards are being performed
- Performing ticket incident management
- Proactively collaborating with key stakeholders and constantly exploring for opportunities to innovate and automate
- Providing insights towards continuous service improvements

Key Skills for the Role:
- Strong intermediate level in MS Excel
- Experience in incident management (in any ticketing tool)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and some presentation skills
- Process oriented & with an automation mindset
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Knowledge in Microsoft Suite
- Analytical, data oriented
- Great team player and good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PowerBI is an big advantage
