We are looking for you, if you:

  • would like to work in an international environment in the fast-growing company located in Warsaw City Center (Powiśle),
  • are a student or graduated in Customer Experience (Management), Design Management, alternatively you participated in UX/UI mentorship programs or UX/UI Design Courses
  • are well-organized and have ability to work under time pressure, are fluent in English (C1) and you feel comfortable working in this language,
  • have good skills in Ms Office,
  • are creative in finding solutions and not afraid of challenges.

English level – C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • previous work/internship/volunteering experience,
  • experience with CX projects (could be student).

Your responsibilities:

Supporting the Global CX Expert in day-to-day tasks mostly focusing on:

  • the creation of consolidated view on the CX approach (including framework and toolbox for CX),
  • the set up for the sharepoint site for the CX.

CX Team is a friendly and supportive environment where you can get to know the company inside out. You will be based in Warsaw and working globally in an international environment. 

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Intern I”.

 We offer cooperation on the basis of a contract of mandate.
