Communication Business Partner

We are looking for you, if you:
- have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in internal communication in an international organization,
- have a proven track record in planning and execution of communication activities aimed at keeping colleagues well-informed and fostering employee engagement,
- are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and in a setup that includes central communication team and communication business partners,
- are able to work simultaneously on various communication projects,
- are fluent in English, in reading and writing,
- are able to work at least 4-5 days a month from our office in Warsaw located near Rondo Daszyńskiego and travel to our office in Katowice from time to time.
You'll get extra points for:
- experience in a shared services/global business services entity and/or a risk management-related business line,
- experience in working with mailing distribution (eg. Spotler) and Viva Engage platforms,
- skills in producing simple graphics and videos.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead internal communication in the Business and Risk Solutions team (your team)
(planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, channel management), - Contribute to central internal communication with news from your team,
- Ensure cascading key news from central internal communication within your team,
- Work with the leaders of your team on strategy & leadership communication (advisory, planning & execution, monitoring, reporting),
- Work with Employer Branding & HR on global employee survey communication and actions in the team,
- Support communication for your team across 4 locations (Philippines, Turkey, Romania, Poland),
- Contribute to brand & expert visibility in social media (planning, execution) in close cooperation with central communication team,
- Support expert visibility in traditional media (execution),
- Support communication of external events organized or sponsored by your team (eg. Lion’s Den, Risk Modelling Congress),
- Contribute to ensuring alignment with brand guidelines in internal and external communication
(design, execution) within your team - Contribute to ensuring alignment of communication activities with relevant local and Group policies & guidelines (advisory, execution) within your team.
Information about Business & Risk Solutions team
Business & Risk Solutions team comprises of Risk Hub and Customer Due Diligence Hub (CDD). The Risk Hub serves as a center of expertise, focusing on data analytics, quantitative modeling, programming, and risk management in credit, market, and operational domains. It aims at keeping risk under control thanks to an innovative community of professionals focused on such fast-growing fields as data science, model development and model validation. CDD Hub helps protect ING customers, the bank and society from financial crime by utilizing data and insights. The purpose of CDD activitoes is that ING knows with whom we are doing business, what the relationship is used for, and that we have the responsibility to continuously monitor this in a risk-based manner.
