Chapter Lead for Workday IT AMS Integrations

We are looking for you, if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio,
- Have proven experience in leading people (not necessarily formal leadership),
- Have proven experience in leading initiatives/projects implemented in Workday,
- Are able to manage a complex international environment and organizational structures, you have the ability to lead the process by influencing others and are able to coordinate virtual teams and apply Agile methodologies,
- Have excellent communication skills in English (also business language skills).
You’ll get extra points for:
- Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification in Integrations,
- Ability to manage a large and complex stakeholder map,
- Resilience and ability to work in a high-pressure environment,
- Strategy and results orientation: ability to understand the business context in which system solutions are developed and to design them to ensure alignment with relevant overall business strategies, data management strategy and IT strategy,
- Ability to collaborate and influence: the ability to establish meaningful relationships in a large and complex enterprise at various levels,
- Are familiar with other global HR applications; in particular Data Lake.
Your responsibilities:
- Working as hierarchical lead for Workday IT AMS Integrations team members (50%). Together with manager from functional line:
- Supporting professional development of team members including talent management and development planning,
- Discussing and planning team structure and growth,
- Manage HR-related topics, like evaluating performance, etc.
- Working as Workday IT AMS Integrations specialist (50%)
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Integrations topics and involve in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives,
- Perform Workday administrative functions relating to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.
- Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment. To provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, incident management and integration monitoring.
