Cards Agent

The person will be responsible to ensure the daily Cards activity accuracy and efficiency, performing a we range of back office tasks for all types of card products.

Main responsibilities:

Manage a wide range of back-office processes related to the operational activities for credit, debit and prepaid cards like:

• Follow up on service requests from channels and outsourcers in order to solve customers’ issues
• Analyze and manage transactions declined and ensure solution providing data to reconcile the position
• Analyze and manage operational activities with international circuit schemes (Visa/Mastercard)
• Monitoring cards flows ensuring the correctness of dally activity
• Address ongoing customer complaints concerning billing or service rendered
• Execute controls in order to be compliant with the regulatory and market environment and credit policy
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators
• Execute controls on outsourcers’ performance for those suppliers involved in the cards activities (mainly processors/issuers)
