The Mission

Payment & Settlement Services (PSS) is a professional service provider designing, building and operating high quality and efficient payment, settlement and open banking services. We leverage our scalable payments target stack and the expertise of our people, to deliver these services.

PSS owns the generic part of the payments value chain from a Tech, Business and Operations perspective, while the business line own the segment/country specific parts. This allows us to focus on delivering efficient payments and settlement services. The business line can focus on delivering a differentiating customer experience, levering the services provided by PSS.

We have the following applications in our portfolio:

  • Smart Predict – existing vendor solution for the Liquidity solution
  • CALM with one productionalised component (others to follow):
    • CLUE: as described above
    • CLUE_DUPE_CHECK
    • CLUE_API_HANDLER
    • CLUE_REPLAYER
    • Various testing suites
    • And others like message simulators, reference checks, Prometheus component and libraries

Your day to day

Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

  • Manage different Cash & Liquidity projects by aligning squads, make them understand the scope and ensuring that the goals are met within the designated timeframe.
  • Ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are defined and met. Non-functional requirements include, but are not limited to security, resilience, performance, contractual, legal and compliance requirements and obligations.
  • Maximizing business value for the projects assigned, by ensuring their right priority in the teams’ backlogs.
  • Actively involved in the reviewing the work in progress performed by squads for maintaining the momentum.
  • Offer support in solving impediments encountered in the development of the Product.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with important key-stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, service consumers, service providers, Finance, Tax, Sales).
  • Be in control regarding Risk and Compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with the customer (Group Treasury) on a global scale
  • Be the contact person to customer with respect to day-to-day performance of the service i.e. aligning on potential improvements that can take place
  • Organise, prepare and (ultimately) run on a quarterly basis service review meetings with all global clients
  • Be in control regarding financials with respect to running the service
  • Create a solid base with all related development and operations team.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience: 4+ years experience as Business Analyst in the Cash and Liquidity Management area or Payments Service;
  • Experience with strategic IT implementations, process management and work coordination activities;
  • Experience in International Payments and the overall SWIFT network;
  • You are pro-active and have a natural drive to act and deliver results on time;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Take initiative, work accurately and in a structured and disciplined manner, have patience and resilience to handle setbacks;
  • Have a sharp eye for details, while not losing the overall picture;
  • Experience in guiding on and offshore teams;
  • Experience in Agile environments in a corporate set-up;
  • You are highly self-organizing, pragmatic, and always seek opportunities to improve your work;`
  • Foreign languages: English (advanced).
